Yes, as long as you don’t have any medical condition such as injury or went through any surgery recently or you have DR, please avoid. Rest all can join.

IF SPOT REDUCTION NOT POSSIBLE THEN HOW WE WILL REDUCE BELLY FAT?​

You will not just reduce fat from belly area but you will reduce fat from all over your body. We have abdomen toning exercises which will help you to tone up muscles in abdomen. You can not reduce fat from one place but you can always tone up respective muscles.

CAN I JUST REDUCE FAT FROM MY BELLY?​

If you have fat over your abdomen area, that shows your body fat % is higher and hence you need to reduce overall fat in the body. Spot reduction is a myth.
